Meditation - Release Expectations

Welcome to this space, a journey guided by your own consciousness. As you embark on this path of healing, let us begin by grounding ourselves in the present moment. Find a comfortable position, allowing your body to relax into the support beneath you.

Take a moment to connect with your breath, inhaling deeply through your nose, and exhaling slowly through your nose again. With each breath, let go of the external world and turn your focus inward.

As you breathe, visualize a warm, soothing light enveloping your entire being, starting from the crown of your head and moving down to the tips of your toes. Feel this light radiating a sense of safety and tranquility, creating a protective cocoon around you.

Now, bring your awareness to your intention for healing. What is it that you seek to release or transform within yourself? Hold this intention gently in your heart, acknowledging its presence without judgment. Imagine it as a small, delicate seed planted within the fertile soil of your soul.

As you focus on this intention, imagine roots extending from your body, reaching deep into the earth. Feel a profound connection with the grounding energy of the earth, a source of stability and strength. Allow this connection to reassure you that you are supported on this journey.
